Edel Fitzsimons MIPAV

Smyth are delighted to welcome Edel Fitzsimons MIPAV (CV) TRV MMCEPI to their team. Originally from a farming background, Edel lives in Naas and is married with one daughter. Educated in Newbridge she enjoyed extra curricular piano lessons. Having being raised on a Stud Farm, she has a keen interest in animals, particularly horses and enjoyed horse riding from a young age. Edel has over twenty five years knowledge and expertise in the County Kildare residential property market and is well respected in this sector, in particular her rapport with her clients. Having witnessed the infrastructure of Naas town and its environs expand and develop through the early 1990’s and having survived through the challenging times, Edel is confident that the market will continue to improve. This would be aided by more relaxed lending rates, bringing confidence back to the property market. Edel looks forward to advising and guiding vendors, purchasers and investors with all their property queries.
